[packagekit] Ubuntu Gutsy Packages

Hello,

I packaged PackageKit for Ubuntu Gutsy and uploaded the packages to my
personal package archive. They are currently not really working, but it
is a start.

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/packagekit/ubuntu gutsy main

In the repository you can also find the ported policykit packages from
Debian experimental.
