[packagekit] Improved pkt tool

That would be fine with me.  As long as I have a way to pass in the
data I need for get-updates.py to get the right thing.  The data i
need to pass in would be something like "foresight.rpath.org at fl:2" or
"/foresight.rpath.org at fl:2-deve//2/2.0.0-1.1".
