There's now GPG handling code in libpackagekit-gnome, in the GpkClient
object. I now want to add a EULA handler too.

What does a EULA consist of - I mean, what type should the signal be:

string=package_id
string=vendor
string=eula_legal_text

Does this cover everything you guys need? I also need to know what the
UI should look like.
