[packagekit] Res: Cache clean

When the RefreshCache ocours? because it is at some point interesting to have the packages so you can reinstall them without downloading again. Btw have you disscussed a reinstall feature? :)

Can't we just nuke the downloaded cache when we do RefreshCache?
