No, it's just the over-the-wire representation of the enum. I've
corrected this in git, thanks for bringing this up. It shouldn't affect
anything in PackageKit (as everything is using the #define -- but it
will affect you guys (PackageKit-Qt) as you'll be using the wire version
of the enum and then converting it.
