[packagekit] [PATCH]Service Packs: Creation and Installation

Hello,

InstallFile doesn't work well for installing multiple packs simultaneously.

(like, pkcon install foo/foo.pack moo/moo.pack)

Also, it gives a warning while installing many local files simulateously.

(example, pkcon install foo/foo.rpm moo/moo.rpm)

I have tried recognizing and fixing these bugs, hope it looks sane!
