I've uploaded 0.3.12 for F9 and F10, 0.4.0 is far from finished, and a
lot of the features won't work correctly yet. For instance, when Behdad
releases the new fontconfig package, we'll have to rebuild _all_ the
fonts in all repos before it will work.
