[packagekit] packagekit-qt

Today i commited two changes that make packagekit-qt
able to search descriptions and files, and now KPackageKit
has support for it, but i'd like to ask for a new release so
people using KPackageKit can compile with these new methods.
btw i don't know if packagekit-qt is being release in the same
time packagekit is. Anyways this doesn't break anything.
