[packagekit] initial work on the apt dbus backend

I have redone my changes. The new apt dbus backend is now called apt2
and does no longer replace the "old school" spawn backend. It is located
in the apt-dbus branch of http://git.glatzor.de/PackageKit

As a side note I replaced my whole git repository.
