[packagekit] Python Backend Logging

Servus,

I would like to replace all the print statements in the Python
daemonBackend by a logging infrastructure. Since this would introduce a
little overhead I would not add this to the classic spawn backend.

It allows to define a logging level (e.g. only show warnings) and
logging to different facilities (e.g. syslog).
