[packagekit] KPackageKit first beta release

Hi,
just to underline a very important thing : we need feedback ! Of course
most of the feedback will be for the ui, but then Daniel tells me how to
change the lib to suit his needs. Compiling QPackageKit is very easy if
you have a KDE development environment, so give it a try :-)
