[packagekit] DBus-Glib version

Hi,

I attached a small patch to increase the required version for
dbus-glib to 0.76. Compiling with an older version will lead to an
error like this:

glib-genmarshal pk-marshal.list --prefix=pk_marshal --header > pk-marshal.h
/bin/bash ../libtool --mode=execute dbus-binding-tool	\
		--prefix=pk_engine			\
		--mode=glib-server			\
		--output=pk-interface.h			\
		./pk-interface.xml
Unable to load "%s": Attribute "xmlns:doc" is invalid on <node>
element in this context
make[3]: *** [pk-interface.h] Error 1
