[packagekit] Kpackage

We could use that UI of course, but anyway we need a better underlying 
lib for packagekit that the actual one. I'd really like to work on these 
bindings, but time is flying for me at the moment... For the current 
version of the bindings, I did not follow closely enough the concepts of 
libpackagekit, I think starting from scratch is a good idea. Actually, 
you don't start really from scratch as Qt has tools to generate 
prototypes from a dbus interface file.
