[packagekit] Adding group install/remove functionality

Hey guys,

In https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=435768 Jeremy points out
that we can't install or remove whole groups at a time.

Now, a few ideas from you guys:

* Is this a common use case?
* Given that the groups list is very flat, and has limited scope, would
we ever want to install such a large set of packages?
* Could we do this with the existing API or do we need new calls?
* Could we do the same thing if we just used meta-packages?
* Can any other backends support this apart from yum?
