[packagekit] [PATCH] pk-update-viewer: stretch the package list and not the info box

Stretching the pk-update-viewer window vertically, stretches the
information pane for an individual package. If we could stretch the
list of packages instead, which is longer and has more content than
the information box, it would probably be better. (I have almost 100
packages pending update.)
