[packagekit] [PATCH] pk-update-viewer: stretch the package list and not the info box

In pk-application's 'Group' tab, the top box is the default and gets
stretched on stretching the main window, but there is no handle.
Therefore the user can not select his own ratio when the description
or file list is a bit on the longer side.

Should we add a handle to pk-application similar to the one in pk-update-viewer?
