[packagekit] Live upgrade

Hi,

In Fedora 9, one of the planned features is a kind of a live upgrade option

I saw that the Ubuntu update applet shows the next release as an update 
option too where applicable. Maybe a live upgrade to next release like 
functionality can be part of pk-update-viewer? I am not sure if enough 
details can be abstracted but it is worth considering IMO.
