[packagekit] Logic flow error in gpk-update-viewer

I run gpk-update-viewer, review and select 2 packages that will require EULA license prompts, then "Apply Updates"

The status window now correctly says "Updating" and the first license agreement is shown.  However after accepting the first agreement the second license agreement pops up but the status window now says "Finished"

After accepting the next license agreement both windows disappear and neither package has been updated.

If I do these updates one at a time they update successfully.  I will keep looking into this but I have not been able to figure out what is going wrong in the update-viewer logic flow yet.
