[packagekit] New release time soon (again!?!?)

Okay, new release this Friday, reasons detailed:

* Stefan needs a stable release for Suse by Saturday
* GPK 0.2.0 didn't compile with --enable-tests
* The multiple GPG and EULA problems should now be fixed
* The multiple InstallPackages, RemovePackages and InstallFiles stuff
went in easier than I thought it would

All the backends should compile, but please test before Friday
afternoon. Please yell if there are any problems.
