[packagekit] RFC - easy install/remove

The idea of meta packages is certainly cool, but I don't think it
should be up to PackageKit to solve it.  This should really be handled
by the package manager.  I know conary already has the ability to do
this.  Anyone know if dpkg or rpm handle this yet?
