[packagekit] [PATCH] Fix segfault in gpk_package_id_name_version

Hi,

When testing gpk-update-viewer with the dummy backend, I noticed it segfaults. 
The reason was that PkPackageId *id was null. Apparently this was happening 
with the dummy kernel update, probably because the Updates "field" is empty. 
The attached patch fixes the segfault. I can commit to the repo, but being a 
newbie with PackageKit I'd like to get a "+1" from someone before doing it.
