OK, now implemented for Smart...

It will use "INFO_COLLECTION_*" for yum and yast metapackages,
and "INFO_*" for rpm and deb metapackages (= regular packages).

Dumping all of the collection metapackages in the COLLECTIONS
group, and also added the COLLECTIONS/NOT_COLLECTIONS filters.
