[packagekit] PackageKit 0.3.2 in rawhide

PackageKit 0.3.2 was uploaded to rawhide yesterday -- hopefully it
should be hitting mirrors today.

Please can you try out this new release and report any bugs you find
either in bugzilla or by emailing the packagekit mailing list. The big
new feature of this release is a new dispatcher, which should improve
the interactivity of GUI applications as the yum instance is reused
rather than re-loaded each time. There's also the usual set of bugfixes
too.

The dispatcher should work even with concurrent access from multiple
sessions and different locales and proxies as there's quite a bit of
logic deciding when to just drop the old instance and create another.

Any problems, please yell.
