[packagekit] GNOME PackageKit git repo changed

I've changed the location of the git repo for gnome-packagekit to:

git clone git://git.gnome.org/gnome-packagekit

I've renamed the old repo to prevent confusion. If you need an account
on gnome.org, just ask the usual GNOME admins.

The PackageKit developer repo remains unchanged. Thanks.
