Add "trusted repositories" tab in Seahorse? That would of course
require Seahorse knowing how to talk to apt and rpm. Or the other way
around, making Seahorse talk to PackageKit but providing its own
interface.

I'm not sure if it makes much sense as Seahorse is currently managing
private keyrings, not system ones.
