[packagekit] KPackageKit build failure

yep, i fixed this but it's not in kde svn yet,
we are changing some stuff in the lib so i don't know when
i'll be able to commit.

I guess you want to use the licence as a string, and depends on the
next version of PackageKit (or use #ifdefs) as I know the type changed
in QTPackageKit recently.

This is with PackageKit from git.
