[packagekit] help with simulate

Ok, this is almost the final version,
I only need to add the pkcon show what's going to happen
in install and update methods,
and we need to define the polkit way to handle
removing stuff.

BTW, i think simulate_remove_packages should
receive the same parameters that remove_packages
receive, so we can properly display if auto_remove or not.
Not sure though.
