Excellent, I've applied most of that patch. If you and Adrien work on
the QT bits (just commit that without review, you know what you are
doing) -- I think we're basically where we want to be for the release.

If you want you can add the simulate methods to pk-matrix.html, and
I'll start working on the yum simulate stuff.
