you don't. you can: reboot machine with fedora live cd, run fedora as
virtual guest in windows, or get a list of all required packages and
download with windows. btw, i wanted to give you a list of deps for
chmviewer, but it's not available on my f12 repos. where did you find it? or
are you talking about another app?
