[packagekit] gpk-install-mime-type

Hi, as said on irc gpk-install-mime-type could have
the "select packages to install" ui improved by preselecting
the first item if there is just one and maybe disabling the install
button if there are more than one package, as of now you click install
and if no package was selected it fails saing that no package
 was selected.
