[packagekit] some ui issues

Doing an update with gnome-packagekit 0.4.3 today, I noticed some small things:

- the help button in the update-viewer progress dialog is not left aligned

- the close button on the 'update complete' screen doesn't work

- the messages in the message viewer dialog need to be line-wrapped or
ellipsized
