You're only allowed to send one ErrorCode per transaction. Choose the
error_enum the best you can, and sent all the data in the ErrorCode
detail, e.g.

error   dep-resolution-failed   keeping gimp:config - required by at least gimp:lib;keeping gimp:data - required by at least gimp:lib;keeping gimp:lib - required by at least gutenprint:lib
