[packagekit] Dummy backend crash

I'm trying to test out a few changes in KPackageKit's GPG/EULA handling, but
packagekitd keeps crashing in the dummy backend. I use fedora so EULAs are
hard to come by, and installing unsigned local files aren't supported yet (but
currently progressing in one of my local branchs).

Here's the backtrace of packagekitd:

#0 0x00c8a32d in free () from /lib/libc.so.6

This particular crash happens when I'm installing the vips-doc or the UTF8
test package. Doing a simple upgrade of everything (or even one at a time)
works fine.
