As for KPackageKit i think you should remove the freedesktop-QT link
as that's not maintained any more, and please add:
for development:
svn co svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/playground/sysadmin/kpackagekit/
and stable:
http://tinyurl.com/4hggzq


those are kpackagekit only as packagekit-qt is now
included in packagekit itself.
