[packagekit] building packagekit from source

My guess would be something like
|./autogen.sh --enable-maintainer-mode --prefix=/usr --enable-apt 
--enable-docbook-docs --with-default-backend=apt

but I'm a fedora user :) Adjust the prefix as you wish
