[packagekit] configure error while building packagekit from source

i am trying to build packagekit from source, i followed the steps to do so
from the link (https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BuildingPackageKitFromSource)
but encountered an configure error.
(/home/pranjal is my home directory)


./autogen.sh --enable-maintainer-mode --enable-gtk-doc --prefix=
/home/pranjal/.root --enable-apt --enable-dummy --enable-docbook-docs
