[packagekit] PackageKit tries to remove a bazillion dependencies

Hi Olivier
it's not PackageKit who's trying to remove packages, it's your package 
manager. PackageKit is "just" an interface to you package manager... So 
you bug must be specific to your distribution (PackageKit doesn't do 
dependency resolving itself).
