[packagekit] German translation of PackageKit

I am part of the German Gnome translation team based at l10.gnome.org.

I've got a proof-read translation of PackageKit at
http://l10n.gnome.org/vertimus/packagekit/master/po/de

I've looked up the PK homepage and found a note to submit new
translations to this list.
I hereby suggest to include above translation as 'de.po'.
