[packagekit] update icon

on Fedora 11 the update icon will show up when there are updates when 
you update the system ethier through PackageKit or Yum the icon 
disapears for about  a minute then re-appears saying you have the same 
number of updates avalible however when clicking it it shows no avalible 
updates this continues to show the update icon until you log out and 
back in or reboot
