[packagekit] PackageKit doesn't work but yum works fine

Hi,
gpk-application/gpk-update-viewer2/gpk-repo doesn't work but yum works fine.  The weird stuff is that it just happens "suddenly". it can work even two hours ago.  I tried to use -v to get some clue but failed. Any idea? 

Note, even gpk-repo doesn't give any repo info. But the repo file does exist and yum works fine.
