[packagekit] Bug on Software Update - "Install Updates" button not disabled

I would be happy to file this in bugzilla if it is also in current
builds and has not been addressed.

In current Fedora 11 PackageKit, while updating, the "Install Updates"
button is not disabled.

Clicking it again (I was curious!) seems to abort the current
operation, and start over, with "Downloading list of updates".  I'm
not sure if the previous packages it downloaded had successfully
finished installing.
