[packagekit] How to get an install time of package?

Just the other day, I heard a windows sysadmin grousing that on
linux there was no standard way to get package install time.
I told her that packagekit might handle that in the future.
After all, it's the uniform front end to the package manager,
it ought to, eventually, right?
