[packagekit] Aptcc into master

Hi all,

as you know i started creating a backend
for apt in C++, today i achieved "experimental"
level, it features:

get_groups
get_filters
get_mime_types
cancel
get_depends
get_details
get_files
get_packages
get_update_detail
get_updates
refresh_cache
resolve
search_details
search_file
search_group
search_name

get_updates needs some tunning 
get_update_detail needs to add the changelog fetcher

As you can see the backend is mostly completed,
most operations support cancel.
Including refresh cache that uses the aquire system
that i was told could not be canceled and was one of
the reasons the py backend was made.

I'm planning to merge to master soon so ppl can
start testing, the missing methods are
download/install/remove/upgrade and repo operations.

Also if someone wants to test before i merge it please
pull origin aptcc, and compile with the aptcc backend.
