Nothing at the moment, but it would be fairly easy to write a small
client shim to install the file that's needed (e.g.
/usr/lib/debug/usr/libexec/hal-acl-tool.debug)

All we need to do is convince the authors of bug-buddy / apport /
all-the-other-backtrace-grabbers to integrate with PK.
