[packagekit] Bulgarian translation to PackageKit family

Hi,

I have translated all three modules PackageKit, Gnome PackageKit and
KPackageKit.

I have committed gnome-package kit:

I am attaching the translation to PackageKit, please commit it.

The translation for KpackageKit has been edited by the coordinator of
KDE translations - Zlatko Popov as seen here:
http://zver.fsa-bg.org/pipermail/dict/2009-March/003904.html

However, I will be updating it since there are a lot of upstream
changes. I will be pushing it through the regular channels.
