[packagekit] PackageKit scripts

Hi,

scripts like distribution upgrade have been called
by gui tools like kpackagekit and gnome-packagekit,
the smarticon of kpackagekit is a DBus activated application
which has no env vars when it's run since DBus removes
most of them.
Kubuntus guys trying to make the script to call the right
(kde) interface are unable to do so, because of those
var problems,
I'd like to propose adding an ENV var called DESKTOP
which is set to KDE|GNOME|... so the scripts can be
tweaked.

I believe this way we don't break anything and are able
to improve user experience.
