[packagekit] Deprecating more functionality

In a move that probably surprises none of you after the recent
property additions to org.freedesktop.PackageKit.Transaction, I've
deprecated yet more methods on the main interface.

On the deprecated list are:

* GetActions
* GetBackendDetail
* GetFilters
* GetGroups
* GetMimeTypes

These are replaced by the properties: BackendName, BackendDescription,
BackendAuthor, Roles, Groups, Filters, MimeTypes

The old methods will be around for at least six months, or when we
fork for 0.6.0. Again, the only people this affects are the binding
people.
