[packagekit] [API, but trivial] PK Python backend public functions signatures changes

I am about to commit some trivial changes to public functions of
PackageKitBaseBackend. If you followed basic rules about how to
subclass functions (it seems so, looking at the code, but I prefer you
to check anyway) you shouldn't make any change. But please, see the
attached patch anyway.
