[packagekit] PATCH for libzypp backend

Hi all,

I'm working on WebYaST openSUSE project (http://en.opensuse.org/YaST/Web),
and I need extended libzypp-backend functionality for managing repositories.

The attached patch allows to change repository URL, name and keeppackages
flag.

Please, merge the patch to the master if it is OK. I have already applied
it openSUSE build service.

BTW. the HACKING file says "Send these patches in an introductory email as
attachments to packagekit-list at lists.freedesktop.org" but there is no such
mailing list.
