[packagekit] what not to translate in PK (for terminals without RTL support) ?

Hello,

as most terminals does not support Arabic (same for other Semitic RTL
languages)
we only want to translate GUI related strings

what should we translate in PK ?

eg. I think we need to translate polkit related strings

what about things like this ?
